FT- Permanent Associate Director - COO

Our client requires seasoned Consultants to lead the delivery of key elements, or sub-projects, of their business transformation engagements. You will lead clients through the process, from diagnosis and business case development, through defining and planning transformation approaches, to ensuring benefits are realized.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates will have a strong educational background and be educated to degree level with 10+ year’s business experience, most recently gained in a consulting role. MBA and post graduate qualifications in Human Resource areas will be highly desirable. You must have the credibility and interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the client organisation, up to board level and across a variety of industry environments.

It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of the techniques required to deliver business transformation, including business case development, analysis and optimization of processes and technologies, and benefits realization. You will ideally have significant experience of working on projects that involve significant large-scale business transformation.
The ideal candidate will hold evidence of some previous business development activities. It is required that consultants will contribute to new ideas promoting & developing the HR transformation field & will be proactive in the search for potential new sales opportunities.
