FT- Permanent Senior Human Resource Manager

at Career Builders Consulting in Selangor-Petaling Jaya

Our Client is a well established healthcare management company, listed due to its strong financial standing, and has been steadily growing over the last decade. As its’ financial and human capital resources are growing steadily, we are looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager, who will manage the strategy and provide operational leadership in the HR area. With its turnover in the millions of RM and enjoying leadership position in its market segment, the individual will be a key contributor towards the corporate performance. The organization is a firm believer in maximizing its human assets through a life long learning and continuous improvement process.

Hence, we are looking for an individual to handle the following;

Location: Petaling Jaya
Reporting to: CEO
Salary Range: RM8,000 – RM11,000 per month plus benefits
Staff Strength: 800

Key Role

The appointee is entrusted with the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and responsibilities within the Group of Companies. Together with a small team of support staff, the appointee is intended to attend to all planning and operative activities in Annual Business Planning, Manpower forecasting, Recruitment and Retention. She/He shall also be responsible for Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Staff Welfare, Training and Development. The focus shall be strategic in nature and lesser on HR administration as the position shall be well supported by Managers and Team Leaders.

Key Requirements

The suitable candidate shall possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Degree and Masters in Humanities, Social Sciences or Human Resource Management
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English is absolutely necessary;
  • Personal confidence in managing meetings with Top management, Peer managers , Consultants and Medical Professionals is important;
  • All round competency in Human Resource Management from a service or hospitality environment will be advantageous;
  • People oriented style of Management;
  • Possess leadership skills to manage the HR Department;
  • Pleasant appearance, assertive personality with good interactive skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in using cutting edge Human Resource Information systems;
  • Hands on experience in Employee Engagement, Change Management, Culture Change or Performance Initiative will be advantageous;
  • Meticulous character with an eye for details;
  • At least 8- 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level.
  • Aged between 36-45 years.
